We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis!
We provide the baskets!
We will be providing clean fruit baskets at the entrance for your use. Leave your containers at home (or in your vehicle).
Plan on getting in a little walking.
There is an approximately 5 min walk to reach the strawberry field. Strollers and wagons are NOT permitted in the fields.
Leave pets at home.
No pets please.
NO outside bags, containers or large purses.
We do not allow outside containers, including any large purses or bags, beyond the entrance to the farm and fields.
Tractor & wagon rides are available daily.
(weather permitting)
NO eating or tasting.
Sampling of fruit, inside the farm entrance and in the field, is not allowed.

Basket choices include:
2 Litre – $17 – 2 people maximum
4 Litre – $34 – 4 people maximum
6 Litre – $51 – 6 people maximum
includes all ages 1 & up
Groups of odd numbers must size up

We are fully set up for contactless payments. Making it easy to pay and quickly go on to enjoy and focus on your fruit picking experience. Fruit is paid for at the time of entering the premises. We accept, cash, debit & credit cards

Location: Our strawberry fields are located at both Downey’s Strawberry & Apple Farm and Downey’s Farm Market across the road. Please watch for directional signs when entering the farm to let you know which field is open. Please note Downey’s Strawberry and Apple Farm are owned and operated independently.
Wagon Rides are available daily (weather permitting).
Weather can impact growing seasons, so please be sure to check back on our website before your visit to ensure your favourite strawberries are ready to be picked.

2 litre basket (max 2 people) $17
4 litre basket (max 4 people) $34
6 litre basket (max 6 people) $51
Open daily from 7 am to 4 pm. Last admission to the patch is 3:30 each day. Open Canada Day!
